You may be out of town or simply too busy or maybe you just need a subjective "eye" in order to clear a space and prepare it for renters. I know from lots of experience that word-of-mouth referrals are critical for securing GOOD renters. Friends and friends of friends, by far, make the best renters in terms of treating your home as their own and respecting your "stuff". All this said, it is necessary to furnish renters with the appropriate comforts of home. Your renters will return and will refer your property to others if their stay was comfortable and "easy".

What is "Staging"?
Staging is intentional interior design focused on creating a unique, sometimes whimsical living situation for a potential renter or buyer of a property. The purpose of staging is to allow a person to picture themselves living in your property by creating living scenarios in which the renter or buyer is able to use their imagination as well as see the true potential of a property.
